3. Subscription & Payments

  • You can choose Monthly or Annual billing for your subscription.
  • Fees are billed in advance via the payment method you select at checkout.
  • Annual plans are discounted compared to monthly plans (as stated on the product page).
  • If a setup fee applies, it will be charged as a one-time payment at the start of your subscription.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Late or failed payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of your website.

4. Term Length & Cancellation

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically every month unless cancelled.
  • Annual subscriptions renew automatically every year unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal.
  • If cancelled, your website will remain online until the end of your paid period.
  • Some plans may require a minimum term, as stated on the product page.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content you provide (text, images, logos) remains your property.
  • The website design, layout, and code remain the property of PixelPeak unless you complete a buyout as per our pricing terms.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use all materials you submit to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim for monthly plans, or the total fees paid in the current subscription year for annual plans.
